Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Focused Cyclops, a goal-coaching service operated by OCEAN DWELLERS LLC. By using the site or the texting service, you agree to them.

The service

Focused Cyclops turns one goal you choose into a step-by-step plan and coaches you toward it by text message, using automated AI-generated responses. It is a productivity tool. It is not medical, mental-health, financial, or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care. If you are struggling, contact a qualified professional; in the US you can call or text 988.

Subscription and billing

• The service starts with a free 7-day trial — no payment method required.
• After the trial, continued coaching costs $29/month, billed through Stripe.
• Cancel any time from your Stripe customer portal or by emailing support — cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. Replying STOP ends all messaging immediately.
• If a payment fails we may pause the service until it's resolved.

Messaging

Coaching happens over SMS (typically 3–4 messages/day). Message and data rates may apply. Full messaging terms, opt-out, and help instructions are in the SMS Program Terms.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service unlawfully, attempt to disrupt it, or abuse the coach or the plan-generation tools (e.g. automated scraping or bulk requests). We may suspend accounts that do.

Your content

Your goals and messages remain yours. You grant us the license needed to operate the service — to store, process, and respond to what you send.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee you will reach your goal — that part is yours. AI-generated plans and messages can be imperfect; use your own judgment before acting on them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OCEAN DWELLERS LLC's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Changes, termination, governing law

We may update these terms (posted here with a new date) and may discontinue the service with reasonable notice. These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado. Questions: support@projects.fish.
