Program description

Focused Cyclops Coaching is a text-message accountability coaching service operated by OCEAN DWELLERS LLC. Subscribers receive their personalized goal plan and recurring coaching messages: a morning check-in, focus-hour prompts, an evening review, and replies to messages you send the coach.

Opt-in

You opt in on focusedcyclops.com by entering your mobile number and checking a consent box that reads: "I agree to receive recurring automated text messages (up to 4/day) from Focused Cyclops at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel." We never send messages to numbers that have not completed this opt-in.

Message frequency

Typically 3–4 messages per day, plus replies to messages you initiate. Frequency varies with your plan and settings, and you can ask the coach to send fewer.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. The coaching service itself is $29/month after a free 7-day trial (see Terms).

Opt-out and help

• Reply STOP at any time to stop all messages.
• Reply HELP for help, or email support@projects.fish.

Sample messages

• "Day 12. Step 4 of 9: outline the landing page. You said 9am — one hour, one thing. Reply DONE or STUCK when the hour ends."
• "Stuck is information. Name the smallest piece you could finish in 20 minutes and start there. The rest follows."
• "Noted — and parked. Ideas are cheap when you're five steps from the finish. Back to step 4."

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include all major US and Canadian networks.
