Focused Cyclops ("we", "us") is operated by OCEAN DWELLERS LLC. This policy describes what we collect, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what the coaching service needs to work, we don't sell your data, and you can leave with one text.

What we collect

• Contact and goal information — your mobile number, your stated goal, and your answers to onboarding questions.
• Message history — the texts exchanged between you and the coach, used to run the service and improve coaching quality.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, and site usage events (analytics), used for security and to improve the site.

How we use it

• To generate your plan and operate the coaching conversation (messages are processed by our AI provider to produce responses).
• To send and receive text messages you've consented to.
• To bill subscriptions, provide support, and improve the service.

Who we share it with

Only service providers acting on our behalf: Twilio (text messaging), Anthropic (AI processing), Stripe (payments), Railway (hosting), Cloudflare (DNS and security), and PostHog (analytics). We do not sell personal information.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while you use the service. Reply STOP to end all messaging. Email support@projects.fish to request deletion of your account and data, and we will honor it within 30 days except where records are legally required (e.g. billing).

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited, and we collect only what the service needs. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected users of any breach as required by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Contact us and we'll make it easy.

Children

The service is for adults 18 and over.
